• The Purpose Of This Project Was To Maintain And Update The Records Of School By Identifying The Problems Faced By The Students In Getting The Education In School Throughout Sindh .

Baseline Survey:

• The Consultancy Team Carried Out A Baseline Survey Via Field Work
• Survey Carried In All 26 Districts Of Sindh.
• Through Basline Survey Accurate Statistic Attained Regarding Issues Facing By Students And Teachers In Government School.

Data Collection :

Data Has Been Done By Four Different Means Which Include Paper Based Proforma,Web Based Proforma , Mobile App And Ilmi.

Data  Entry :

• Data Entry Has Been Done Upto District , Tehsil And Union Council.
• Entered Data Into Integrated System .
• Archiving For Data Base

Verification For Valid Data:

• To Cross Check The Data Weather The Information Is Valid Or Not Verification Performed.
• To Minimize The Chances Of Error And Retain Consistenty And Accuracy In Statictics.
• Monitoring For Final Results
• Internal Monitoing Of This Project Was Also Conducted Along With Visiting The Field To Cross Check The Fact In Real Time.
